Subject: [PATCH] Implement MQTT for Advanced LVA Controls

Includes various compatibility fixes, reversions, and clean-up from the previous development cycle to create a stable base for the MQTT implementation. This ensures the application starts reliably with the pinned aioesphomeapi version.
